Market demand accelerates rapid progress of N4 Gateway.

The rapid development and construction progress of the 46-hectare N4 Gateway Park in Pretoria’s eastern suburbs is testimony to a positive outlook within the local market. The increased availability of bank financing and lower building costs have favourably positioned local business to plan for future growth.
